Gives error when installing and when ignoring this error can't launch the version made

When installing gives error: 'something went wrong while creating the modded version:'
And when ignoring this and trying to launch the created version(tried on 1.11/1.12/1.8) it wont launch and the mc launcher says: 'Downloading of file failed'
