Floor option for frame count?

Hi there,

Would it be possible to add a floor option to this library? Similar to other third party libraries who offer the ability to customize whether you want the frame count to round down verses rounding up in cases when you are in the later edge of a frame (for example, if the seconds conversion ends up with a frame count of 100.8, the option would round down to 100 as the frame count with floor, rather than 101 as it currently does)
