Incompatibility with sable 2.0.0+

At first I thought it was a problem with tree physics mod (I was chopping down mangrove tress near escalators and tree fallen on it or something) but crash log showed that it is a problem with escalated

Whenever a sable physics object comes in contact with an escalator game crashes (server crash if multiplayer).

This is a save destroying softlock because the game will crash on every relaunch since you cannot move the physics object from the escalator fast enough without it crashing again.

Always happens / reproducible. Tested with fresh 1.21.1 instance only mods: create, create aeronautics, create: escalated, sable

Exact same issue, a physics block fell onto an escalator, and then my game just died with a panic error

Issue is due to Escalated's collision compat method not supporting Sable 2.0, will fix this amd release at an unspecified point in the near future
