- Skyhunter got a card description (config merge via PUT), Rancher's
snapshot refreshed, Restart now → `armed` flipped true the moment the
booting pod fetched tools/list (17:55:31Z) — the serve-hook works live.
- «спроси у Skyhunter, сколько у него crews» → **first delegation ever:
answered in 3.5 s**, attributed reply, audit row with task/reason.
- Honest partial: the non-imperative «сколько crews в skyhunter» was
answered by Rancher's own admin tools without delegating — for the
platform-admin caller the "can do yourself" caveat wins over
named-peer preference; candidate wording tweak recorded on CLEAN-95.
