What changed

  • add a generated, Papermill-ready notebook for one completed MuonClip-RMS seed
  • execute only the five declared Jacobian notebooks (11, 13, 14, 16, and 17)
  • strictly validate run, cache, child-manifest, source-kind, and protocol-fingerprint provenance
  • consolidate every nonzero (J^*J) energy fit without treating checkpoints, modes, probes, or examples as independent replicates
  • report WeightWatcher raw and fix_fingers=clip_xmax fits, independent powerlaw.Fit top-finger sensitivities, trace-log audits, PDF/CCDF panels, trajectories, and compact heatmaps
  • document a macOS/Conda/Papermill invocation and keep the existing multi-seed/multi-optimizer workflow unchanged
  • extend generated-notebook inventory and source-contract tests

Scientific guardrails

Notebook 10 remains labelled a two-checkpoint finite-flow operator and notebook 12 remains a quotient/decomposition control; neither is relabelled as a Jacobian. The single-run report explicitly computes no confidence intervals or error bars.

Validation

  • PYTHONPATH=baseline python -B -m unittest baseline.tests.test_source_syntax baseline.tests.tangent_rg.test_notebook_contract -v (11/11 passed)
  • deterministic notebook regeneration parity
  • every generated code cell parses
  • synthetic one-seed plotting harness generated all nine report figure types
  • git diff --check

The full Torch/WeightWatcher/Papermill execution is delegated to CI/the experiment environment because those dependencies are not installed in the publication container.

Add a Papermill-ready, provenance-strict single-seed MuonClip report that executes every declared Jacobian notebook, consolidates J*J energy fits, and compares WeightWatcher raw/fixed-finger fits with independent powerlaw.Fit sensitivities.
