Model rotations

Hey there,

first of all, awesome work on this library! Without it some things wouldn't be possible!

Now my question:

I experimented with a model and noticed several things:

1. I cant change the left/right rotation of the ItemDisplays. If there's any method for that or any way possible, it would be nice to know about!
2. I cant set a negative pitch. If I set a negative pitch the model automatically "snaps" to 90° pitch.

I used GenericModelImpl.setGlobalRotation(float yaw, float pitch) to set the pitch, which "delegates" the rotation update to its parts, so ModelBonePartDisplay.setGlobalRotation(..) is called.

I've created a method trace with GitHub-Links:

• ModelBonePartDisplay.setGlobalRotation(..) (pitch = -10°)
• That calls Minestom Entity.setView(..) (correctPitch = 350°)
• Which naturally creates a new Pos instance (pitch = 350°)
• Therefore the pitch gets "fixed" in the contructor of the record(pitch = 350°)
• And results in a broken pitch (pitch = 90°)
