Could you reword the changelog entry please? Now it looks like a justification for a removal. And in the release notes, it's going to look like this:

These set of docs are not up to date, not in the right place and there is a substitute under docs/en/antalya. LLM tools read this and make wrong assumptions (#2348 by @arthurpassos)

Instead it should describe the change itself. I would pick something like this:
