…capture Remote phase dispatch now streams sequenced agent-output chunks (ExecutorStreamChunk over IStreamingExecutorPhaseTransport) into the same orchestrator-side AgentStreamCapture artefact and stdout broadcast a local phase uses. ExecutorStreamRelay forwards with no queue of its own so the capture's bounds and truncation marker apply unchanged, records lost/reordered chunks as explicit gap markers, and never throws, so relay failure cannot fail the phase. ExecutorPhaseProxy opens the capture keyed by work item + phase + attempt+1 and disposes it once the phase returns. Adds hot-reloadable MaxStreamChunkChars bound plus six relay verification tests.
