…ference stub Moves DotnetTestAuditor from CodeyBox.Audit.Shell into plugins/CodeyBox.DotnetTestRunnerPlugin (referenced by the host, so the csharp:test-pass merge gate stays default-registered with the byte-identical command). Adds a parameterless [CodeyBoxPlugin] entry (DotnetTestRunner) with static scoped-config run options, a PytestTestRunner reference stub (RunAsync throws; never registered), Pytest/GoTest/CargoTest TestFramework peers so future runners need no Core change, and packaging tests. Core doc comments no longer name the dotnet implementation; host API 1.2 -> 1.3 (additive). …urrent transaction race GetAsync/GetByNameAsync/ListAsync/ListAuditIterationsAsync issued commands on the shared connection without holding the per-file write gate, so a concurrent SaveE2eReplayResultsAsync transaction on the same connection failed polling reads with 'transaction object is not associated with the same connection'.
