The #1097 correction removed the direct quotation but its paraphrase still reused several of the operator's own phrases, and the knowledge law's Status block did the same. Both now state the rulings in this workspace's own words; the standing rule is widened accordingly: neither operator words nor operator phrasings appear in committed or public-facing artifacts. Post-check: PR_ARC_INVENTORY 6029 -> 6028 lines (the reworded ruling is one line tighter; the entry itself is intact and the wc -l falsifier targets ledger truncation, verified by diff: only the four reworded lines changed). Follow-up to #1097, which removed the direct quotation but left a "paraphrase" that still reused several of the operator's own phrases — in the #1093 arc entry and in the knowledge law's Status block. An echo of the phrasing is the same violation as the quotation.
Both passages now state the rulings in this workspace's own words, and the standing rule is widened: neither operator words nor operator phrasings appear in committed or public-facing artifacts.
Scope: 4 reworded lines across the two files, nothing else. PR bodies #1096 and #1084 were corrected in place via the API with the same discipline.
