Adds several variants to do with clouds in Crosshairs: 2 more options for more clouds, an option for asymmetric random clouds, and an option to allow cloud banks of any size
This is by far the most ambitious PR I've made yet, so fingers crossed that between me and Chappy we didn't miss anything important
