Create hook that allows to have 0 or 1 series selected

Would be nice to easily have the possibility to select one series by clicking on the legend.

The hook would take care of the highlight (change from 1 to 3 px the stroke width for example) and allow a callback to do something when a series is selected.

I don't see an easy way to do that with hook, unless the series are created by it. Meaning: it seems easier to implement in the application directly rather than in react-plot.
