[Bug] Crazy movements when hovering

Describe the bug
Control island jumps between 2 positions when hovering.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run
2. Initially I tried to move it to a new position (maybe it was a trigger, don't know)
3. Try to hover

It works, but I don't see any settings -> #608

Root cause and fix in #863. The Linux HUD window grew from 160px to 540px on hover (setHudOverlayFallbackExpanded, shipped in 1.3.1–1.3.3). Wayland ignores the repositioned bounds and compositors re-place the resized window, so the bar jumps away from the pointer, collapses, and oscillates between two positions exactly as in your video. main no longer resizes on hover; #863 grows the window only while a menu is open and keeps the bar anchored through the resize.
