Propagating new simplified schema

There's been a one-time schema update (visible at VSAFE/Sources):
: Forums + Date + Assessment --> Assessment (a string, with source + date captured in footnotes).
: Discussion summary --> Comments

This simplifies the schema, embraces the range of ways assessments are recorded, and allows for multiple footnotes.

Proposal: Update the collection schema + this script to match.
