It would be useful to implement a Dutch and French translation for the homepage, since this is the page we would implement in for example a quote. It would therefore be useful to adapt to the client's language preference.
This is not blocking to go live with the homepage in #345.

Implement a language toggle defaulted to the user's localisation.

If the homepage is served as an Angular application, we could use the NgxI18nModule.
