Feature Request: Keyboard shortcut and text autofocus on open

Hi!
First of all, thank you for creating Notebar.
It is a fantastic, lightweight tool and exactly what I was looking for on my Mac.

I have a couple of suggestions that I think would significantly improve the user experience and make note-taking even faster:

1. Global Keyboard Shortcut: It would be amazing to have the ability to assign a global hotkey (shortcut) to open the app instantly without having to click the menu bar icon with the mouse.
2. Text Area Autofocus: Currently, when the app opens, the cursor focus seems to default to the "Quit" button. It would be much more intuitive if the cursor automatically focused inside the text area, allowing the user to start typing immediately upon opening.

Since I am not a developer, I am unfortunately unable to contribute with code, but I really hope you find these suggestions useful for future updates!
