no mods, I’m trying to use will work elden ring #216

Anytime I try to install a mod that changes the moves of a weapon. It doesn’t work the main one. I’m trying to install the light move for spear of the in imper which makes no sense because on my other computer it’s working perfectly fine, but I’m the one I’m using. It’s not working at all.
