SimpleCANio dependency

After updating to the latest dev branch, I'm getting compile errors for missing SimpleCANio.h. Potential solutions:

1. Move CANCommander to SimpleCANio
2. Merge SimpleCANio into drivers
3. Add a note in the drivers readme that you must install SimpleCANio

It's also showing up on github build tests (examples don't compile), so that will need to be reconfigured to include it if we're keeping the dependency.

Hmm, did not think about that.
You mean that you need caio even if you don't use can commander right?
That is problematic I agree!
SimpleCANio is not available as Arduino library, it should be available in platformio too.
But yeah, Richard has the best view of the whole repo, he's the best placed person to decide these architectural choices. :)
