[Proposal] Homepage to redirect to https://www.rubyevents.org/events

I have the muscle memory to open ruby conferences in the browser.
Then, I read the announcement and then click the link to go to rubyevents.

I want to propose to redirect automatically to https://www.rubyevents.org/events with a flag (?from=rubyconferences.com) and show a message about the change in the header.

I think that's fair and something we might be able to do eventually. But I think we first need to bring over all the features that RubyConferences.org has that RubyEvents.org doesn't have yet.
