Bad mojibake example “ÃY” of German character ß (Eszett) #229

Description

@origin400-p

While one would normally expect this to appear as ß (0xC3 0x9F), some brilliant e-mail program long ago decided that Ÿ should be Y, and so we get ÃY. This is in the context of a German surname in which the Esszett is preceded by a ä and followed by a n.
