Assigning of senior / leads for each area

I think to make this work well, we will need at least one person to take a lead role in the following areas

• Project management
• Dev Ops
• Design
• Front End
• Back End
• Testing (it would be good as a learning exercise for us to follow the practices used in a real development team, so I think we should use automated testing here too)

If I've missed any areas, feel free to add your comments and I'll update this

I wanna go for back end, but I'm not feeling confident enough to go as Lead. However I'd like to team up to expand my knowledge :)
