Registration page should not be reachable for logged-in users

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be logged-in
2. Go to /petition/register
3. You have the registration form

Expected behavior
You should be redirected elsewhere (user dashboard ? /petition/ ?)

Hi,

I came across the issue where logged-in users are still able to access the registration page at /petition/register. I would like to contribute by ensuring that logged-in users are redirected to the appropriate page, such as the user dashboard or the main petition page, instead of seeing the registration form.

As this is my first contribution to an open-source project, I’d be grateful for the opportunity to work on this. Please let me know if I can be assigned to it.

Thanks a lot for proposing to work on this issue, this is helpful and very welcome :)

I would propose that the redirection would be to the home page if the user tries to go directly to the registration page while being logged-in.

Please note that the problem also occurs on /petition/login.
