[TODO]: (Test)PyPi status and collaborators

I will create a PR shortly after plugwise/python-plugwise#770 is successfully tested and merged. Side-finding is the lack of other collaborators on pypi.

Additionally other CODEOWNERS (at least one) should chime in on both testpypi and pypi (as apparently I'm the only one on those repos). Both @bouwew and @brefra were invited but the invite expired - for the others, when you are back/available let me know so we can properly share pypi :) (Create an account on both testpypi and pypi (can be the same account, but they don't share user databases).
