Webwork Script - Learn more about functions, Update README with details

Scope

• Familiarize yourself with the script functions
• Created documentation for future use

Steps

1. Successfully run the script (you don't need to wait for all the files to be processed)
2. Look through all completed functions (I've made a note of the ones that are still in progress/not started yet) within the script, determine the input, output and what the function actually does
3. Create a branch off of the webwork-script branch
4. Document your findings on the README file
5. Create a pull request with the changes
