I've built an aarch64-linux-musl toolchain (GCC 15.1.0) for use with Oasis Linux on ARM64. It's available as a release on my fork https://github.com/danielboston38/toolchain. Happy to help integrate it into the official repo if there's interest. Would make it a lot easier for people on Macs and other systems who want to have a full toolchain for development.
