tauri is based on rust(backend) + fe(react..svelte...vue...angular...etc..)

You might be interested in trying this https://github.com/tw93/Pake it abstracts the rust away but you can still hack it later if you would like. You can use any frontend and vue is a first class citizen.

This project is paused while QT framework limitations are being addressed, I'm only on documentation.
