How to figure out which file contains the queries giving errors

I made a bunch of edits to js-engine/meta bind scripts this morning.

I now see I'm getting several messages like this:

js.engine.error.message.mp4

How could I figure out which file(s) are triggering the error please?

You are right that this is useful info that the plugin should show in an error. I will see what it takes to update the plugin to show file paths when available.

That’s great. Thank you. Having the path to the problem file is a huge improvement! (I’m assuming it is showing the path and that just happens to be a test file in the root of the vault)

It would be lovely if it could also report the line number of the start of the code block - but if can’t, at least people who understand the divide-and-conquer idea can comment out chucks of their file to narrow down the location.

Yes. It shows the entire path.

I haven't done line number handling at all in the plugin. But I agree, it would be nice to have.

That sounds like a new request to me, since the request I made in this one was completed and released.
