Fill in the last 15 unfinished Arabic translations in
deepin-devicemanager/translations/deepin-devicemanager_ar.ts, covering
CPU frequency, cache and monitor refresh-rate terms, reaching 100%
(643/643) completeness for the ar locale.

补全 deepin-devicemanager_ar.ts 中最后 15 条未翻译的阿拉伯语文案，
覆盖 CPU 频率、缓存及显示器刷新率等术语，使 ar 语言包翻译完成度
达到 100%（643/643）。

Log: 阿拉伯语翻译完成度由 97.67% 提升至 100%
Influence: 仅更新 ar 语言包翻译，不影响功能逻辑。
