It seems that the test nodes are down, but the tests are stil passing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• orb node create-orb-public cln rest
• orb node create-orb-public lnd rest

Expected behavior
It should create the nodes properly

Additional context
Instead it gives:
