New agents to consider

These agents are not yet in the repository:

• Cosine on Github

• Forge
• Code Assistant

These should be evaluated to see if there are some heuristics to detect them. Help from volunteers appreciated!

Suggested workflow: volunteers create an issue for an agent, and document possible heuristics in the issue.
