I'd suggest including the build instructions in a file named INSTALL.md rather than your wiki. When your wiki goes down (like it is now), you can't build J. Additionally, when your site disappears (eventually), you'll leave people with a difficult time trying to figure out what is what.
The same goes for your docs...
