A working intermezzOS docker build environment #1

Hi Team!

Would anyone be interested in a PR for a Dockerfile that allows you to build kernel images for intermezzOS?

I've successfully built and ran the hello world in chapter 3.4 within the container and verified the same image works on the host computer.
