Link for tutorial in the About section returns 404 error

In the about section there is a link for what I would  guess be the tutorial for using the library, it return 404 error.
I suggest changing the broken link to the working one for the tutorial for [ODESPY](http://hplgit.github.io/odespy/doc/pub/tutorial/html/index.html#)
