Problem — amicode main's app-bundle drift gate is red: PR harmoniqs/amicode#513 hand-edited an overlay file (session-question-dock.tsx, the question-default seeding) instead of landing it fork-side. The fork's canonical implementation (#232, merged) is UNtagged — the amicode manifest still pins v1.18.10-amicode.15, which predates it by 17 commits. Every amicode PR fails CI on the inherited drift.
Fix — cut v1.18.10-amicode.16 at local/amicode HEAD (77bb1c8): includes #232 (question tool default field + the dock seeding), the full UI wave (#230 workspace engine, #235 retheme, the status-dot and theme fixes), and aligns the fork with the server binary frozen today (built from this exact revision). Tag push triggers amicode-release (3-platform assets).
The amicode-side follow-up (re-extraction bumping the overlay to .16) lands as harmoniqs/amicode#530 — this tag is its precondition.
