Add Linux and Mac links to the PR commenter

Today only windows is linked.
Care must be taken to not publish 3 separate comments each time to not spam the discussion. So it might require to change the workflow calls architecture.

Absolutely !

There might be a way to mutualize with make-release. I didn't think about it, but I'm confident with what you will propose.
