Design Library does not open when “Show Template” is enabled

Describe the bug
When “Show Template” is enabled, attempting to open the Design Library does not display the library modal as expected. Disabling the “Show Template” option allows the Design Library to open normally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a page
2. Ensure that "Show Template" is enabled in Page > Template
3. Open Design Library
4. See error

Expected behavior
When the “Show Template” option is enabled, the Design Library should render correctly without being affected by the template display state.
