Avoid treating ordinary Red Hat documentation and KB links as security identifiers #861

Description

@sr-rossanderson

Patchman attempts to classify some ordinary Red Hat documentation/reference URLs as structured security identifiers.

Examples include paths under:

/documentation/
/security/updates/classification/
/solutions/
/articles/

Expected behaviour:

Known general Red Hat documentation/reference paths should remain ordinary links. Only recognised advisory/CVE/security URL patterns should be passed to security-ID parsing.

Impact:

Reduces warning noise and avoids incorrect security-reference classification.
