Keygen errors

I get this error on keygen. I think in the integrated cli we did not have this problem. Had we?

dpd Kegen, dpd showkey - work as expected. keys.json created in .dpd folder.

But there is little glitch , ie. If you rerun 'dpd keygen' - its not overwriting existing key. But its negligible.
So closing as per 'PR #12'
