which platforms does the examples of tui.hpp compile on, and with which compilers

I'd say the following ones should be tested:
platform:

• windows: 7, 10, 11
• macos
• linux
• i(pad)os: ish
• android: termux

compiler:

• g++/gcc
• clang
• msvc

added #23 for this purpose, but that's only supposed to check whether stuff build, not the logic part, and only yet includes windows and ubuntu

also, the .github/workflows/cmake-multiplatform.yml github CI actions ensures that examples compile under:

linux	macos	windows
gcc (g++)	gcc (g++)	cl (msvc)
clang (clang++)	clang (clang++)

the actual functionality of the examples are regularly tested manually on:

• Arch Linux: foot,alacritty,kgx
• Linux Mint: alacritty,gnome-terminal
• macOS: ghostty, Terminal.app(default Apple Terminal)
• Windows 10,11: alacritty,windows-terminal, NOTE: basic cmd does NOT work
• android: termux
• i(pad)os: iSh, g++ isn't reliable, clang++ much better
