[Project] Laravel + Vue.js file selector

Create a file selector which can be easily added to an already existing Laravel + Vue.js app.

Proof of concept (POC) features:

• config: set storage (not allowed to leave the storage)
• config: guard for authorisation
• view: show files/directories in a folder (filename, size, create date)
• action: double click opens folder or triggers select event
• action: single click selects file
• action: "Select" button triggers event
