📚 Context

Update the CLI config to use the Cartesi/SDK image version 0.12.0-alpha.40

Dependencies

• Depends on image publishing cartesi/sdk dockerhub

This image release should include the following changes:

• SDK: Upgrade devnet version alpha.14 [next] #470
• SDK: Bump machine emulator to v0.20.0 #471
• SDK: Bump rollups-node version to v2.0.0-alpha.12 #472

📈 Subtasks

• Update DEFAULT_SDK_VERSION property on config.ts file.
• Verify whether everything is working as expected. i.e. build and use a local CLI, docker-desktop should download and use cartesi/sdk:0.12.0-alpha.41 to build a simple cartesi application with success.
