Link to component model and WASI documentation from the site

We should add links to the component model and WASI documentation that the Bytecode Alliance SIG docs has put together. This could improve discoverability of the documentation.

Component model book: https://component-model.bytecodealliance.org/
WASI book: https://wasi.dev

We could quickly add it to the FAQs or Projects page. It may better fit under a new "Learning" tab

Hi @kate-goldenring sounds good to me. Happy to add the books in a new PR to the projects section. Alternatively, I can add a new item to the FAQ section. This is up to you. Just let me know :)

I'm not sure either of those are the right permanent spot for documentation linking. Adding them to the FAQs under a "Where can i go to learn about components and WASI?" seems like a great start, though!
