[Ops] Deploy to bzz.network

Now that we have a stable swarm cluster running we can try and deploy this project as a true Dapp and have it hosted on bzz.network.

We should brainstorm a deploy method that uploads the contents to swarm and uses the returned hash to update our route configuration.
