errors on parentheses (no open and close parentheses on ActivityNet/Evaluation/eval_proposal.py)

There are no parentheses on the command called print on the file ActivityNet/Evaluation/eval_proposal.py. Therefore, ActivityNet/Evaluation/get_proposal_performance.py cannot be read.
I have fixed that by adding parentheses to them.
