[BUG] Raise Semble download archive size limit

Problem (one or two sentences)

Zoo Code currently hard-coded Semble archive size to ~50mb, which causes problem when the official Semble archive is ~60mb. I suggest raising the limit to about 100mb should be enough

Any Zoo Code users whose relies on Semble for codebase indexing

Reproduction steps

1. Choose "Senble - Local" as your Embedder Provider.
2. Enable Codebase Indexing and Start Indexing.
3. Semble throws "Error - Failed to download semble: Failed to download semble: Semble archive exceeds the download size limit"

Expected result

The message "Indexed - Semble v0.4.1 is ready. Searches index on-the-fly." appeared

Actual result

The message "Error - Failed to download semble: Failed to download semble: Semble archive exceeds the download size limit" appeared instead
