Update URL Hard Coded and Crashes with Invalid Update Response

Also it seems that spacebukkit.jar never has that class? This only happens when both "recommended" and "development" are both false causing SpaceModule.load to run and attempt to load "me.neatmonster.spacertk.SpaceRTK" class.
