The mod launches powershell.exe on windows

It was very suspicios when i discovered that this mod launcher powershell.exe on Windows.
I know that nvidia-smi.exe utility helps to check gpu usage, but why does powershell process tree is not closing after i close the game. When i want to terminate process tree it does, but i got an error called "nvidia-smi.exe Access is denied" it is really suspicios, when i saw it at the first time i thought that i got RAT virus, so can you solve this problem please?

Try to run: Get-Process | Where-Object {$_.Name -like "*powershell*"} | Select-Object Name, Id, Path, Parent* once the powershell is open to find out who ran it; feel free to paste it here so we can help you
