[Bug]: Mixture Analysis Table Add/Remove

### Summary

The mixture analysis opens with two sub-distributions by default. Deleting one causes the system to crash. 

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create new mixture analysis
2. Delete second distribution
3. The whole system crashes
