[Bug]: Input Data POT Diagnostic Plots

Summary

In the Input Data control, the POT plots use the source time series element time interval. But the user is able to perform moving averages over a time periods. The POT diagnostic plots should use same smoothing and period inputs set by the user. The threshold is based on the selected smoothing and period so the diagnostic plots need to correspond.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create daily time series data, then create input data.
2. Set data entry method to peaks-over-threshold. POT Diagnostic plot updates automatically.
3. Change smoothing to moving average and period to 3. You will see that the POT plots do not change.
