Hello for the Rocm-Edge build currently the amd/blis branch AOCL-5.1-GA doesn't exist causing the build to fail.

Thank you for reporting the issue. I can confirm that this git clone command no longer works. It appeared AMD has removed the branch since my last checkout. Please try changing it to 5.1 and rerun.
